It is 4th of June 2009. It is 6 months since Melody accepted me to be part of her life, her everything! Happy am I to have such a great darling!
Well, for starters, our celebrations started off on a positive note when Melody's sister said 'hi' to me and it seemed that the storm is over and that everything is back to normal again. Moreover, there is this sense of happiness that is starting to surround Melody's home again.
Be starting to work on Sat & Sun from 9am - 9pm.
Happy 6th Monthsary Darling! I am glad to have you in my life!
DO UNTO OTHERS WHAT YOU WANT OTHERS TO DO UNTO YOU
Woke up in the morning and this phrase kept coming into my head. I really do not know why BUT I guess that I could perfectly relate to the sentence - after what happened over the course of a few days.
1) IF you do not want people to make fun of you, don't make fun of others
This is something that sounds so simple, but yet is really so hard to fulfill. This is something that many would be guilty of, but yet would not readily admit it at any time of their life. I say - Do not think that only you have a temper, cos I have one too - and a BIG one. Why do people comment about you is because you have also constantly comment about others as well. The mirror reflects - so you better reflect too!
2) Do not behave the way that you do not want people to behave to you
When you sulk at others, how do you expect others to smile at you? Similarly, if you people with a negative attitude, how do you expect others to positively treat you?
Many people complain about poor attitude, poor service - but how did, or what triggers the said behaviour?
I was at Jurong Point food court at the "Chinatown Herbal Soup" stall and was waiting in line to order food from the said. Standing in front of me was a Taiwanese/PRC woman in her 40s who was pushing a children stroller.
a) Her stroller was parking 'illegaly' and blocking people's path of passage; b) She was impatient, rude and asserting her authority as a customer.
This incur the wrath of the auntie who was serving her and after the former repeated for the 5th time that she wanted rice, the auntie lose control and became a little aggresive. A fracas ensued and like in their parliamentary debates, the Taiwanese girl had the last say.
*This post is meant to use examples (real-life) to illustrate and also to let us know about the meaning and application of the phrase that was bugging my mind since I wake up till now*
Have been sleeping after 2am for the past few Sundays already =(
Nothing much happened!
Do not know what to blog!
But I do know that having Melody by my side is the greatest gift that God had given to me. If like what the bible say that one leg bone from the guy is used to construct a girl, then probably mine was taken away to construct Melody!
